Melvo Engineering Technologies Ltd is inviting applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Secretary on a contract basis. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with strong communication and customer care skills to support our operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Secretarial Studies
- Experience: At least 2 years in a similar administrative or secretarial role
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general secretarial duties including filing, typing, and record keeping.
- Manage correspondence and handle telephone and email communications.
- Coordinate meetings, take minutes, and maintain appointment schedules.
- Provide front-office support and customer service to clients and visitors.
- Support the technical team with administrative tasks.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
Additional Skills (Added Advantage):
- Knowledge of office equipment and procedures
- Basic understanding of electrical engineering/technical documentation
- Familiarity with office management systems
